Revlitix is a revenue marketing platform that is solving marketing revenue surprises. We are building a revenueOS that detects anomalies in marketing campaign performance. Revlitix aims to be the one-stop solution for every marketer’s need - detecting performance anomalies before it's too late, collaborating with your team, building out-of-the-box dashboards, and using custom playbooks to reduce time to action.

We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our growing team as early as possible. This person will be working closely with the product team contributing to various product initiatives and building documentation critical for core product development.


  • Write user-focused content that explains how to use different product features.
  • Develop engaging technical content for developer wikis, user guides, integration guides, and how-tos.
  • Fine-tune and prepare content to appeal to non-technical end-users, programmers, system administrators, designers, and analysts.
  • Develop and oversee illustrative material, flowcharts, examples, and tutorials that show how to use software features on the Revlitix platform.
  • Actively participate in developing scalable documentation strategy, policy, and guidelines.
  • Analyze documents to enhance content accuracy, completeness, and relevance and maintain style continuity.


  • 2-4 years of experience as a technical writer, editor, or content strategist, with a focus on software and workflow applications.
  • Adept at creating how-to guides, user guides, and wikis with extraordinary presentation skills. Transform complex concepts into clear, concise, and meaningful topics – simplicity is the key.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and close documentation gaps.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools or ClickUp.
  • Strong technology fundamentals: We expect you to go from the highest level of abstraction to reading and understanding code with minimal hand-holding.
  • API Documentation experience is a bonus.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS industry is an asset.
