As a user, you can monitor up to 10 KPIs at once while creating a conditional rule, as shown below.
Revlitix can help you track all the metrics by creating one rule with multiple conditions for multiple KPIs as per your requirements, as shown below.

Situation: You want to track the KPI “MQL” under the object “Lead” for your salesforce account without any specific benchmark for tracking.

This is when smart rules can help you monitor the particular KPI, notify you about the changes, and provide you with results on the basis of a trend line set by us.

Analyze

The primary purpose of our rules is to monitor your KPIs and promptly notify you of any changes.

Situation:  You've set up a smart rule to track the "MQL" KPI under the "Lead" object in your Salesforce account.

Whenever there is a change in the KPI's value, you will receive a smart alert.
When you create a smart rule to track a specific KPI, any changes in its value will trigger a smart alert.

Situation: You want to generate the Top 5  opportunity sources.

We provide AI-generated insight summarizing your Salesforce data and offering actionable recommendations.
