Monitoring

Situation: Your task is to track the country that generates the event count, and events per session for your GA 4 account.

We provide the ability to set up conditional rules to monitor key metrics and detect any performance anomalies.
By setting up conditional rules, you can promptly receive notifications about changes in these KPIs and take immediate action.
As a user, you can monitor up to 10 KPIs simultaneously while creating a conditional rule, as illustrated below.

Situation: Your goal is to track the event count for your Google Analytics 4 account without a specific benchmark.

You can opt for smart rules that continuously monitor your metrics without specific benchmarks or conditions.
The KPIs are constantly monitored and compared against a trend line established by Revlitix's data science model.

Analyze

The primary purpose of the rules is to monitor KPIs and alert users about any changes.

1

Notify

Situation: You have created a smart rule to track the number of events in your Google Analytics 4 account.

When a smart rule is created for a particular KPI, any changes in its value will generate a smart alert.
In this situation, whenever there is a change in the "Event Count" KPI, you will receive a smart alert, as depicted below.
2
AI Assistance

Situation: You want to generate the overall source performance report for your Google Analytics 4 account.

In addition to notifications, we also provide AI-generated insights that summarize your Google Analytics 4 data and offer actionable recommendations.
Using our Ask AI feature, you can inquire about information related to your Google Analytics 4 account, and our feature responds to your queries within seconds.
3
Monitoring

Situation: You need to track the number of clicks received for a particular adgroup, but you don't have a predefined benchmark.

Smart rules can help by triggering an alert when there are changes in the KPI based on the trend line set by Revlitix's data science model.

Situation: You want to monitor clicks and cost for a specific ad group, based on conditions set up by you and receive notifications of any changes if they occur.

Revlitix enables you to set up conditional rules in these situations to track multiple KPIs at once.
In this scenario, you will be notified with a conditional alert when any of the KPIs' conditions are met.

Optimize

Our streamlined task management feature allows you to create channel-specific tasks and assign them to the appropriate team member.

1

Task management

Situation: There is a sudden increase in the event count for your Google Analytics 4 account, and an alert is triggered.

You can convert this alert directly into a task or manually create a task to address the issue.
The alerts contain recommendations to efficiently solve problems. These recommendations can also be converted into tasks and assigned to the relevant person.
2
Action

Situation: You create a rule to track the KPI "Events per session" for your account.

You can connect a playbook that provides recommendations for resolving anomalies resulting from changes in KPI performance.
The recommendations appear in the alert triggered by the rule and can be converted into tasks, which are then assigned to the appropriate team member to address the problem.
3
Monitoring
