What it is?
A high-level scorecard summarizing quarter-to-date performance across four critical GTM areas: Marketing, Sales, Revenue, and Retention. It displays key metrics including:
- Marketing: Web visitors, ad spend, emails sent, and MQLs
- Sales: Demos booked and completed, demo sit rate, pipeline value
- Revenue: New deals won, total deal value, average deal value, win rate
- Retention: Churned revenue, churned accounts, expansion revenue, net revenue retention (NRR %)
Each metric is shown with its current value, goal target, performance percentage vs. goal, and last fiscal year’s comparable data where available.
